Scope

• Letters to the Editor comment on articles published in the journal and are forwarded to the original authors, who have four weeks to reply, with review by the editorial board or peer review at the board's discretion, while letters on general topics follow the case report structure within 500 words and five authors读者来信针对本刊已发表论文发表评论，并转交原作者限期四周答复，由编委会评审或酌情送同行评审；一般性来信沿用病例报告的体例，篇幅不超过 500 词、作者不超过五位。

• The journal was founded in 1991, with volume 1 number 1 appearing in February 1991 under founding editor A.K. Oehling of the Department of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Clinica Universidad de Navarra, and it began as the official organ of the International Association of Asthmology (INTERASMA) and the Sociedad Latinoamericana de Alergia e Inmunologia该刊于 1991 年创刊，1991 年 2 月出版第 1 卷第 1 期，创刊主编为（Clinica Universidad de Navarra）变应与临床免疫学系的（A.K.
