Journal of Food and Drug Analysis

Journal of Food and Drug Analysis is the official open access journal of the Food and Drug Administration of Taiwan, in print since 1993 and now issued on behalf of that body.《食品药品分析杂志》是台湾食品药物管理署的官方开放获取期刊，自 1993 年起出版，如今以该机构的名义发行。

The journal publishes original research and review papers on the analysis of food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and traditional Chinese medicine.该刊发表关于食品、药品、医疗器械、化妆品与中药分析方面的原创研究与综述论文。

In the 2025 edition of the journal citation report it holds an impact factor of 3.3 and stands in the second quartile of pharmacology and pharmacy.在 2025 年版期刊引证报告中，该刊的影响因子为 3.3，在药理学与药学类目中列第二区。

Scope

• The analysis of food is a central subject, and the journal carries work on the composition, the contaminants and the authenticity of what people eat.食品分析是中心选题，该刊刊载人们所食之物的成分、污染物与真伪方面的研究。

History

• The journal was started in 1993 by the national laboratories of foods and drugs, the body that later became the Food and Drug Administration of Taiwan.该刊于 1993 年由当时的药物食品检验机构创办，该机构后来成为台湾食品药物管理署。

• Between 1996 and 2004 the title received a nine year award for excellence from the national science council of Taiwan.1996 年至 2004 年间，该刊获得台湾科学委员会颁发的九年期杰出奖。

• The journal is issued four times a year, in March, June, September and December.该刊每年出版四期，分别在三月、六月、九月与十二月。

• For its first two decades the journal was printed and circulated by the agency itself, and the volumes of that period remain part of the record.在最初二十年里，该刊由该机构自行印制与发行，那一时期的各卷仍是其记录的一部分。
