Journal of Clinical Immunology
Journal of Clinical Immunology (commonly abbreviated as ''J. Clin. Immunol.') is a peer-reviewed journal in human immunology published by Springer. It was founded in 1981, carries the subtitle International Journal of Inborn Errors of Immunity and Related Diseases reflecting its core focus on inborn errors of immunity, and moved to fully open access in 2025.Journal of Clinical Immunology（常用缩写 J. - Disciplinary focus: the journal serves researchers and clinicians in human immunology and publishes high-impact papers exploring the diagnosis, pathogenesis, prognosis and treatment of human disease.学科定位： 面向从事人类免疫学的研究者与临床医生，刊发探讨人类疾病诊断、发病机制、预后与治疗的高影响力论文。

History
- January 1981: the journal was founded, with volume 1 issue 1 appearing in January of that year, published by Springer in New York, and the title has not changed since.1981年1月： 期刊创刊，首卷首期于当年一月出版，由施普林格在纽约出版，刊名自创刊起未变。
- 1997: the publication format was revised so that an electronic edition became available alongside the print journal on the Springer platform.1997年： 载体格式调整，改为在施普林格平台上同时提供电子版，纸刊与电子刊并行。
- The 2020s: the publication rhythm was progressively tightened from bimonthly to eight issues a year by November 2024, with supplementary issues devoted to abstracts from the annual meetings of the Clinical Immunology Society.2020年代： 出版节奏由双月刊逐步加密，至 2024 年 11 月为每年八期，并在历年的临床免疫学会年会期间出版会议摘要专刊。
