Jaume I University (Universitat Jaume I, UJI) is a public university in Castelló de la Plana, in the Valencian Community of eastern Spain, created by the Valencian Parliament on 27 February 1991.海梅一世大学（Jaume I University，瓦伦西亚语 Universitat Jaume I，简称 UJI）是西班牙东部瓦伦西亚自治区卡斯特利翁-德拉普拉纳的一所公立大学，1991 年 2 月 27 日由瓦伦西亚议会设立。

History

• Higher education in Castelló began with the University College of Castelló (Col·legi Universitari de Castelló, CUC) in 1969, which opened with ten lecturers teaching 21 science students and 85 students of philosophy and arts.卡斯特利翁的高等教育始于 1969 年成立的卡斯特利翁大学学院（CUC），创校时仅有十名教师，招收理科学生 21 人、哲学与文学学生 85 人。
