JACC: Asia is a peer-reviewed open access cardiology journal published by Elsevier on behalf of the American College of Cardiology Foundation since June 2021, the Asian edition of the JACC family of journals oriented towards Asian-population-focused cardiovascular problems, with a first Journal Impact Factor of 6.1 in 2025《美国心脏病学会杂志·亚洲版》（JACC: Asia）是 2021 年 6 月起由（Elsevier）代表美国心脏病学会基金会出版的同行评审开放获取心脏病学期刊，是（JACC）期刊家族的亚洲版，聚焦以亚洲人群为中心的心血管问题，2025 年首次获得影响因子 6.1。

Scope

• The journal promotes and leverages clinical research discoveries in cardiovascular medicine to lead the prevention of diseases and improvement of prognosis in Asia该刊推广并借助心血管医学的临床研究发现，引领亚洲的疾病预防与预后改善。
• Its orientation covers Asian-population-focused cardiovascular problems, cross-disciplinary studies where Asia holds a competitive edge, and comparative studies between Asia and the rest of the world其取向涵盖以亚洲人群为中心的心血管问题、亚洲具有竞争优势的跨学科研究，以及亚洲与世界其他地区的比较研究。
• Clinical research constitutes the core focus, including randomized clinical trials, cohort studies and registries临床研究构成其核心焦点，包括随机临床试验、队列研究与注册研究。
• Manuscripts on basic science with a strong clinical translational component are also welcome, as are all articles addressing concerns on the clinical front具有强烈临床转化成分的基础科学稿件以及一切回应临床一线关切的文章同样受欢迎。
• The journal features manuscripts on cutting-edge technology, encompassing newly developed clinical devices and techniques, translational medicine attempts, and guidelines and consensus statements on Asian populations该刊特设前沿技术文章栏目，涵盖新开发的临床器械与技术、转化医学尝试，以及面向亚洲人群的指南与共识。
• While Asian-focused research topics are encouraged, there is no compulsory requirement on the nationality of authors or the location of research, provided the paper offers a justifiable perspective with educational meaning for Asian populations虽然鼓励以亚洲为中心的研究主题，但对作者国籍与研究地点并无强制要求，只要论文为亚洲人群提供具有教育意义的合理视角即可。

History

• The journal was launched in June 2021 with volume 1 issue 1, as the Asian member of the JACC family published by Elsevier on behalf of the American College of Cardiology Foundation该刊于 2021 年 6 月以第 1 卷第 1 期创刊，是（Elsevier）代表美国心脏病学会基金会出版的（JACC）家族亚洲成员刊。
• Its founding Editor-in-Chief Jian'an Wang of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine introduced the journal's mission to serve cardiovascular care in Asia in the inaugural issue创刊主编、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院的（Jian'an Wang）在创刊号撰文介绍该刊服务亚洲心血管诊疗的使命。 ^[1]
• The journal is published online only with electronic ISSN 2772-3747, and carries no print edition该刊仅在线出版，电子 ISSN 为 2772-3747，不设印刷版。
• As an open access journal it makes all content freely available, in line with the American College of Cardiology's digital publishing strategy for its journal family作为开放获取期刊，该刊全部内容免费可得，与美国心脏病学会对其期刊家族的数字化出版策略一致。
