Istanbul Aydın University (Turkish: İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi, usually shortened to IAU) is a private foundation university in Istanbul, Turkey, created in 2007 by the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation and built around a campus in Küçükçekmece on the European side of the city.伊斯坦布尔艾登大学（土耳其语 İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi，通常简称 IAU）是土耳其伊斯坦布尔的一所私立基金会大学，由安纳托利亚教育与文化基金会于 2007 年创办，主校区位于城市欧洲一侧的屈奇克切克梅杰（Küçükçekmece）。

History

• In 1995 the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation, an Istanbul-based philanthropic body known by its Turkish initials AKEV, applied to the Council of Higher Education for permission to open a vocational school that would train technicians for Turkish industry.1995 年，总部位于伊斯坦布尔的安纳托利亚教育与文化基金会（土耳其语缩写 AKEV）向高等教育委员会提出申请，希望创办一所为土耳其工业培养技术人员的职业学院。
