Inventions

Inventions is an open access journal that MDPI publishes in Basel, and it carries research on inventions and innovation in engineering and product development. It opened in 2016 after a founding editorial that set out three aims, and its two editors-in-chief work in mechanical and electrical engineering in Taiwan. Its 2025 impact factor is 2.4.《发明》是 MDPI 在巴塞尔出版的一份开放获取期刊，刊载工程与产品开发领域涉及发明和创新的研究。该刊在创刊社论提出三项宗旨之后于 2016 年面世，两位主编分别在台湾从事机械工程与电机工程研究。其 2025 年影响因子为 2.4。

Scope

• The journal describes its scope as original scientific research of significance in every field of science, engineering and product development.该刊自述其范围是科学，工程与产品开发全领域中具有分量的原创性科学研究。
