History

• The journal was initiated in June 2013 as a quarterly English-language journal released worldwide through ScienceDirect该刊于 2013 年 6 月创办，为季刊英文期刊，经（ScienceDirect）向全球发布。
• It is supervised by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China and is co-owned and sponsored by the International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation, China Water & Power Press and the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research该刊由中华人民共和国水利部主管，由国际泥沙研究培训中心、中国水利水电出版社与中国水利水电科学研究院共同主办。
