International Reviews of Immunology is a peer-reviewed journal published by Taylor & Francis. History

The journal was founded in 1986 and was originally published by G+B/Harwood before moving to Informa Healthcare and then Taylor & Francis.该刊 1986 年创办，最初由（G+B/Harwood）出版，后转至 Informa Healthcare，再归 Taylor & Francis。
It has published review articles throughout its history and added original research articles from 2022.该刊历来以综述文章为主，自 2022 年起增刊原创研究论文。
Its frequency grew from four issues a year to eight in 1998 and settled at six issues a year from 1999.其刊期在 1998 年由每年四期增至八期，并自 1999 年起稳定为每年六期。
It is indexed in MEDLINE, SCIE and EMBASE, and its 2025 impact factor is 5.4.该刊被 MEDLINE、SCIE 与 EMBASE 收录，2025 年影响因子为 5.4。
