International Journal of Oncology (standard abbreviation Int. J. Oncol.) is a peer-reviewed monthly journal of oncology published by Spandidos Publications in Greece, with print ISSN 1019-6439 and electronic ISSN 1791-2423. Scope

According to the aims and scope published by the publisher, the journal provides an international forum for the latest cutting-edge research across the broad area of oncology and cancer treatment. The journal is published monthly in both print and online-first form, and manuscripts may be submitted only through the publisher's online submission and tracking system after the author has registered a user account. History

• 1992: the journal was founded in Athens by Professor Demetrios A. Spandidos, who has served as its Editor-in-Chief from the outset, with the editorial office located in Athens. The publisher issued more than a dozen biomedical titles, of which this was the principal oncology journal.1992年：期刊在希腊雅典创刊，由 Demetrios A. The journal has a single Editor-in-Chief, who is also the founder of the publisher, supported by two deputy editors who are also based at the publisher.
