International Journal of Hematology

International Journal of Hematology is the English-language official journal of the Japanese Society of Hematology, issued in Tokyo by Springer Japan and covering basic and clinical work across the whole of blood science. It has appeared under its present title since 1991, continues the volume numbering of the society's earlier Japanese journal, and publishes original articles, case reports, rapid communications and invited review sections for laboratory and clinical hematologists.该刊自 1991 年起沿用现名，承接学会早期日文杂志的卷号序列，面向实验室与临床血液学工作者刊发原创论文，病例报告，快速通讯与约稿综述专栏。

Scope

• The stated aims describe a journal that contributes to progress in hematology in both basic and clinical fields, naming erythrocytes, leukocytes and hematopoiesis, immunology, hemostasis, thrombosis, hematological malignancies, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy as its core territory.该刊自述的宗旨是在基础与临床两个层面推动血液学进步，并把红细胞，白细胞与造血，免疫学，止血，血栓，血液系统恶性肿瘤，造血干细胞移植与细胞治疗列为核心领域。

History

• The Japanese Society of Hematology was founded in 1937, and its own account calls it the second oldest hematological society in the world after the French society.日本血液学会成立于 1937 年，学会自述其为世界上仅次于法国血液学会的第二古老血液学团体。
