International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering Systems is a Croatian journal of electrical and computer engineering published from Osijek, carrying original research papers, review papers, case studies and preliminary communications.《国际电气与计算机工程系统期刊》是一份在克罗地亚奥西耶克出版的电气与计算机工程学术刊物，刊载原创研究论文与综述论文，也收案例研究及初步通讯。

Launched in 2010, it appears ten times a year and keeps its papers openly readable under a licence that forbids commercial redistribution of them by others.该刊 2010 年创刊，每年出版十期，论文按禁止商业性再分发的许可协议公开可读。

Its subject runs from power electronics and smart grids to machine learning, embedded systems and the optimisation methods that hold such systems together in practice.其学科范围自电力电子与智能电网延展到机器学习、嵌入式系统，以及把这些系统维系起来的优化方法。

Scope

• The four accepted forms are original scientific papers, review papers, case studies and preliminary communications, and a manuscript must not be published or under consideration elsewhere.接受的文章有四种形态，即原创科学论文与综述论文，以及案例研究和初步通讯，且稿件不得已经发表或正在别处审稿。

• Within electrical engineering the listed subjects run through power electronics, electronic circuit design, micro and nano electronics, and industrial electronics as well, each named in the journal's own list of topics.在电气工程一侧，所列课题以电力电子与电子电路设计为主，另有微电子与纳电子、工业电子诸项。

• Electricity itself appears as generation, transmission and distribution, then as the electricity market, as electrical drives and as the measurement of power quality in networks.电力方面的题目涵盖发电与输电配电，也涉及电力市场、电气传动及电能质量。

History

• Volume 1 appeared in 2010 and the numbering has run without a break since, so that the seventeenth volume now in hand belongs to the year 2026.第 1 卷出现在 2010 年，此后卷号未曾中断，第 17 卷对应 2026 年。

• The title was started by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek, a faculty of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.该刊由奥西耶克的电气工程、计算机科学与信息技术学院创办，该院隶属约瑟普·尤拉伊·斯特罗斯迈尔大学。

• The registry of international standard serials keeps a single title proper for the serial, gives Croatia as the country, and lists print and online as the two media.国际标准连续出版物号登记机构所记的正式刊名只有一条，国别写作克罗地亚，载体分印刷与电子两种。

• Articles are deposited with the prefix 10.32985, and the suffix of each record carries the volume, the issue and a serial number of its own.论文以 10.32985 前缀存档，每条记录的后缀依次是卷号、期号与文章自身的序号。^[1]

• A volume holds ten issues, and the archive of the publisher places an early access issue ahead of the numbered issues of the year.一卷含十期，年内各期之前还另置一个先行发表的期次。

• The deposited run begins with volume 8 in 2017, and the volumes before it are held in the Croatian portal Hrčak, where the issues are also archived.登记机构处的存档自 2017 年的第 8 卷起，更早的各卷保存在克罗地亚的 Hrčak 学术门户，各期也在那里留档。^[1]

Editors

• The editor-in-chief is Tomislav Matić, who sits in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek, where the journal is produced.主编为（Tomislav Matić），任职于奥西耶克的电气工程、计算机科学与信息技术学院。
