History

• It was launched in November 2004 by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya under the title RUSC, Revista de Universidad y Sociedad del Conocimiento该刊于 2004 年 11 月由（Universitat Oberta de Catalunya）以（RUSC）之名创办，原题为（Revista de Universidad y Sociedad del Conocimiento）。
• It published in Spanish until 2010, when it began publishing in English as well该刊在 2010 年之前仅以西班牙语出版，此后亦开始以英语出版。
• Between 2013 and 2015 it was co-edited by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the University of New England in Australia2013 至 2015 年间，该刊由（Universitat Oberta de Catalunya）与澳大利亚的（University of New England）共同编辑。
