Scope

• The aims page states the remit in a sentence, that the title publishes significant and previously unpublished research carrying innovations which can be generalized, extended and transferred.刊页用一句话交代定位，即发表意义明确且从未刊出的研究，其创新要能推广、扩展并迁移。

History

• Volume 1 opened in September 2017 with five papers, the first of them a short piece by Robert R. Bitmead titled A timely emergence, which reads as the launch statement of the title.第 1 卷于 2017 年 9 月开出，共五篇论文，首页是（Robert R. Bitmead）的一篇开场短文，该文相当于刊物的发刊声明。

• The owner is the International Federation of Automatic Control, founded in 1957 with its secretariat at Laxenburg near Vienna, and Elsevier Ltd holds the publishing side, as the copyright line of volume 1 shows.刊物归国际自动控制联合会所有，该联合会 1957 年成立，秘书处设在维也纳近郊的拉克森堡，出版环节由 Elsevier Ltd 承担，首卷的版权行可以为证。

Editors
