Scope

• The journal covers fundamental and applied research on all scientific and technical aspects of modern transportation systems, including sensing, communications, controls, planning, design and implementation该刊覆盖现代交通系统各科学与技术方面的基础与应用研究，包括感知、通信、控制、规划、设计与实施。

History

• The journal was founded in 2000 after the IEEE Technical Activities Board approved the Transactions in 1999, as the flagship periodical of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society该刊于 2000 年创办，此前（IEEE）技术活动委员会于 1999 年批准设立，成为（IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society）的旗舰期刊。^[1]
