History

• The first issue appeared in April 1997, published by IEEE创刊号于 1997 年 4 月出版，由 IEEE 发行。
• Its founding editor-in-chief was David B. Fogel of Natural Selection, Inc., who wrote the launch editorial for the new transactions创刊主编为 Natural Selection 公司的 David B. Fogel，他为这份新刊撰写了创刊社论。^[1]
