History

• It was established in November 1952 as the Transactions of the IRE Professional Group on Electron Devices该刊 1952 年 11 月以（Transactions of the IRE Professional Group on Electron Devices）之名创办。
• Volume ED-1 appeared in 1954, and from January 1955 it was the IRE Transactions on Electron Devices1954 年出版第 ED-1 卷，1955 年 1 月起名为（IRE Transactions on Electron Devices）。
• It took its present title in January 1963, starting with Volume ED-10该刊于 1963 年 1 月启用现名，从第 ED-10 卷开始。
• Its sponsoring society traces its origin to 5 March 1952 and was renamed the Electron Devices Society on 17 February 1976, and the journal is issued monthly with an impact factor of 3.2其主办学会可追溯至 1952 年 3 月 5 日，1976 年 2 月 17 日更名为（Electron Devices Society），该刊按月出版，影响因子为 3.2。
