IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics

Scope

History

• The lineage begins in 1971 with IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, which ran to volume twenty-five by 1995 under ISSN 0018-9472其谱系始于 1971 年创刊的（IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics），母刊以 0018-9472 为刊号，至 1995 年出到第 25 卷。
