IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Magazine is a quarterly magazine of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society that carries technical reviews and society news across systems engineering, human-machine systems and cybernetics, and it holds a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 2.4.《IEEE 系统、人与控制论杂志》是 IEEE 系统、人与控制论学会的季刊，刊载系统工程、人机系统与控制论方向的技术综述与学会动态，2025 年期刊影响因子为 2.4。

Scope
