IEEE Systems Journal is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal published by IEEE for the IEEE Systems Council. Scope

• The journal is a systems-level forum for application-oriented papers on complex systems and systems-of-systems of national and global significance, and it promotes cooperation among IEEE societies with systems interests.刊物为具有国家和全球意义的复杂系统与系统之系统研究提供系统层面的应用型论文平台，并推动（IEEE）各相关学会之间的合作。

History
