Scope

• Its official scope states that the magazine publishes tutorial-style articles on signal processing research and applications, as well as columns and forums on issues of interest, with coverage ranging from fundamental principles to practical implementation其官方范围声明，该刊发表信号处理研究与应用的教程式文章以及关注各类议题的专栏与论坛文章，覆盖范围从基本原理延伸至实际实现。

History

• The magazine began in January 1984 as IEEE ASSP Magazine, then a quarterly publication of the IEEE Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing Society, and it took its present name in 1991 starting with volume eight该刊于 1984 年 1 月创刊，初名（IEEE ASSP Magazine），当时是 IEEE 声学、语音与信号处理学会出版的季刊，1991 年自第 8 卷起改用现名。
• A July 2005 editorial by the then editor-in-chief P. M. Djuric looked back at that first issue, whose lead article by L. Editors

• Tulay Adali of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County serves as editor-in-chief for a term running from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026, and she succeeded Christian Jutten of the University of Grenoble-Alpes, who had held the post since 2021（Tulay Adali）任该刊主编，任期自 2024 年 1 月 1 日至 2026 年 12 月 31 日，她任职于美国马里兰大学巴尔的摩县分校，接替自 2021 年起出任该职的法国格勒诺布尔-阿尔卑斯大学（University of Grenoble-Alpes）的（Christian Jutten）。
