Scope

History

• The journal was launched in 2020 as an open-access, all-electronic title of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, with submissions opening on 1 September 2019该刊于 2020 年正式创刊，是 IEEE 车载技术学会旗下的开放获取全电子期刊，投稿系统于 2019 年 9 月 1 日开放
