History

• IEEE approved the journal in 2019 as one of a set of new open-access journals launched for 2020, sponsored by the Power Electronics Society.2019 年，（IEEE）批准创办本刊，作为 2020 年一批新开放获取期刊之一，由电力电子学会承办。
