History

• It was inaugurated in January 1983 as an outgrowth of the Special Issues of the IEEE Transactions on Communications该刊于 1983 年 1 月创刊，由（IEEE Transactions on Communications）的专辑发展而来。
• Its first issue appeared as Volume SAC-1, Number 1, with an editorial dedicating the journal to hot areas of technology其首期以第 SAC-1 卷第 1 期面世，发刊词将该刊定位于技术的热点领域。
