Scope

History

• The journal was launched in 2013 by the IEEE Power Electronics Society and the Industry Applications Society, and its first issue appeared in March 2013 as Volume 1, Issue 1.本刊由（IEEE Power Electronics Society）与（Industry Applications Society）于 2013 年创办，首期于 2013 年 3 月以第 1 卷第 1 期面世。
• It was created because research on emerging topics, and collaboration between academia and industry, were growing faster than existing transactions could absorb.创办动因是新兴专题的研究以及学术界与工业界的合作增长过快，已超出现有汇刊的承载能力。
