IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Industrial Electronics is a quarterly journal launched in 2020 by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society with four co-sponsoring IEEE societies, dedicated to emerging topics in industrial electronics and industrial informatics, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 4.9.《IEEE 工业电子新兴与精选主题期刊》（IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Industrial Electronics，简称 JESTIE）由（IEEE Industrial Electronics Society）联合四个（IEEE）学会于 2020 年创办，季刊，聚焦工业电子与工业信息学的新兴主题，2025 年期刊影响因子为 4.9。

Scope

• Advanced power processing and power conversion, including high-efficiency and high-power-density converters.先进功率处理与功率变换，包括高效率、高功率密度变换器。
• E-mobility and transportation electrification, from on-board chargers and traction drives to fast charging and vehicle-to-grid concepts.电动出行与交通电气化，从车载充电器、牵引驱动到快速充电与车网互动。

History

• The journal was established by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, and its first issue appeared in July 2020 as volume 1, number 1, with Chandan Chakraborty of IIT Kharagpur as founding editor-in-chief.期刊由（IEEE Industrial Electronics Society）创办，2020 年 7 月出版第 1 卷第 1 期，创刊主编为（IIT Kharagpur）的（Chandan Chakraborty）。^[1]
• It is co-sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics Society, Power and Energy Society, Industry Applications Society and Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society.联合主办方包括（IEEE Power Electronics Society）、（IEEE Power & Energy Society）、（IEEE Industry Applications Society）与（IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society）。
• A ten-member International Advisory Board, with one representative from each co-sponsoring society, reviews the journal's emerging areas every six months, while a steering committee of the societies' presidents oversees the title.由十人组成的国际顾问委员会每半年审议一次刊物的新兴领域，各联合主办学会均有一名代表；学会主席组成的指导委员会负责统筹。
• JESTIE became a Transformative Journal in November 2022, committing to a gradual transition to full open access in line with Plan S.2022 年 11 月转为变革型期刊，承诺依照（Plan S）逐步过渡到完全开放获取。
• It received its first Journal Impact Factor, 4.0, in the 2025 JCR release and 4.9 a year later, while remaining indexed in ESCI.该刊在 2025 年（JCR）发布中首次获得影响因子 4.0，一年后升至 4.9，仍收录于（ESCI）。
• Volumes have appeared quarterly since launch, with paper categories that include Pioneering Work for rapid dissemination and Express Briefs alongside regular papers and special sections.自创刊起按季度出版，除常规论文与专题外，还设有面向快速发表的开创性工作与快报等类别。

Editors

• The editor-in-chief is Hasan Komurcugil of Eastern Mediterranean University in Turkey, whose work centres on power electronics and the control of power converters.现任主编为土耳其东地中海大学的（Hasan Komurcugil），研究集中于电力电子与功率变换器控制。
• Chandan Chakraborty of IIT Kharagpur led the journal as founding editor-in-chief from 2020 to 2025 and remains listed in that role.（IIT Kharagpur）的（Chandan Chakraborty）于 2020 至 2025 年担任创刊主编，现仍以该身份列名。
