History

• The journal was approved as a joint IEEE publication in 2013 and launched in 2014该刊 2013 年获批为 IEEE 联合出版物，2014 年正式创刊。
• Its founding editor-in-chief was Chonggang Wang, and Mahmoud Daneshmand chaired the founding steering committee创刊主编为 Chonggang Wang，创始指导委员会主席为 Mahmoud Daneshmand。
