History

• The magazine in its current form began in 2001, replacing the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Newsletter.本刊以现有形态始于 2001 年，取代此前的（IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Newsletter）。
• Michael K. Sain was the first editor-in-chief, serving from 2001 to 2003.（Michael K. Sain）为首任主编，任期 2001 年至 2003 年。
