Scope

History

• Volume 1, number 1 appeared in 1993, when the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Computer Society and ACM's SIGCOMM created a joint archival journal for networking research第 1 卷第 1 期于 1993 年面世，由（IEEE Communications Society）、（IEEE Computer Society）与（ACM SIGCOMM）共同创办，作为网络研究的存档期刊。^[1]
