HSE University, officially the National Research University Higher School of Economics, is a public research university founded in Moscow in 1992 that has grown from an economics institute into a comprehensive university.国立高等经济学院（英文全名 National Research University Higher School of Economics，简称 HSE）是一所公立研究型大学，1992 年创办于莫斯科，已由一所经济学院发展为综合性大学。

History

• The idea for the Higher School of Economics was born at the turn of the 1990s, when a team of economics lecturers from Moscow State University, including Evgeny Yasin, Yaroslav Kuzminov, Revold Entov, Oleg Ananyin and Rustem Nureev, concluded that a new economics school built on global economic science was needed.创办高等经济学院的构想诞生于 1990 年前后，当时莫斯科国立大学的一批经济学教师——包括叶夫根尼·亚辛、雅罗斯拉夫·库兹明、列沃尔德·恩托夫、奥列格·阿纳宁与鲁斯捷姆·努列耶夫——认定需要一所建立在全球经济科学之上的新经济学院。
