Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) is a private multidisciplinary university in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, founded on 26 April 1995.胡志明市技术大学（Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology，简称 HUTECH）是位于越南胡志明市平盛郡的私立多科性大学，创办于 1995 年 4 月 26 日。

It offers 63 majors across engineering and technology, business and management, health sciences, architecture and arts, social sciences, and communication and design, and reports more than 25,000 students.学校在工程技术、商业与管理、健康科学、建筑与艺术、社会科学以及传播与设计等领域开设 63 个专业，在校生超过 2.5 万人。

History

• HUTECH was established on 26 April 1995, in the first decade after the doi moi reforms of 1986 allowed non-state institutions to open universities in Vietnam.HUTECH 于 1995 年 4 月 26 日成立，此时距 1986 年革新开放允许非国立机构创办大学尚不足十年。
• Its founding name was Dai hoc Ky thuat Cong nghe Thanh pho Ho Chi Minh, a private institution licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training rather than a state technical university.其建校名为“胡志明市技术工艺大学”，是由教育培训部批准的私立院校，而非国立技术大学。
