High Voltage is a gold open-access journal of high-voltage science and engineering, published by John Wiley & Sons on behalf of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the China Electric Power Research Institute, launched in April 2016, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.7.《高电压》（High Voltage）是一本高压科学与工程领域金色开放获取期刊，由（John Wiley & Sons）代表（IET）与（China Electric Power Research Institute）出版，2016 年 4 月创刊，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.7。

Scope

History

• The Institution of Engineering and Technology signed an agreement with the China Electric Power Research Institute to co-publish the journal, with support from Tsinghua University, and the first issue appeared in April 2016.（IET）与（China Electric Power Research Institute）签约共同出版该刊，（Tsinghua University）提供支持，首期于 2016 年 4 月问世。
• Zhicheng Guan of Tsinghua University and Masoud Farzaneh of the Universite du Quebec a Chicoutimi in Canada were announced as the founding editors-in-chief.创刊主编为（Tsinghua University）的（Zhicheng Guan）与加拿大（UQAC）的（Masoud Farzaneh）。
• The journal began as an online-only title with four issues a year, and all article processing charges were waived for submissions in 2016 and before the end of 2020.本刊创刊时为纯在线出版，每年 4 期，2016 年内以及 2020 年底前投稿的文章处理费全部免除。
