Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, commonly shortened to GGSIPU or IPU, is a state university in Dwarka, Delhi, India, established on 28 March 1998 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and named after the tenth Sikh Guru.古魯·戈賓德·辛格·因德拉普拉斯塔大學（Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University，簡稱 GGSIPU 或 IPU）是印度德里德瓦爾卡的一所邦立大學，於 1998 年 3 月 28 日由德里國家首都轄區政府設立，並以錫克教第十代古魯命名。
