History

• In 1965 the Queensland Government set aside natural bushland at Nathan for a new university campus, at first envisaged as a site of the University of Queensland, then under heavy demand in the humanities and social sciences.1965 年，昆士兰州政府在布里斯班内森划出天然林地用以筹建新校区，最初拟作为昆士兰大学的校址，因为该校当年在人文与社会科学领域需求旺盛。
