Global Heart

Global Heart is the official journal of the World Heart Federation, published by Ubiquity Press since 2020 and devoted to the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease worldwide with a special focus on low- and middle-income settings, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.7.《全球心脏》（Global Heart）是世界心脏联盟（WHF）的官方期刊，自 2020 年起由（Ubiquity Press）出版，以全球心血管疾病的预防与控制为宗旨，并特别关注中低收入地区，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.7。

Scope

• The journal offers a platform for the dissemination and exchange of knowledge in global cardiovascular research and prioritises multidisciplinary, equity-focused and contextually relevant studies, including work set in resource-limited environments.本刊为全球心血管研究成果的传播与交流提供平台，优先发表多学科、着眼公平、契合情境的研究，包括在资源有限环境下开展的工作。
• Conditions covered range from preventive cardiology, including hypertension, dyslipidaemia, diabetes and obesity, to heart failure, coronary heart disease, neglected cardiovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases associated with infectious diseases, and paediatric and congenital heart disease.所涉病种从预防心脏病学（含高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病与肥胖）到心力衰竭、冠心病、被忽视的心血管疾病、感染相关心血管疾病以及儿童与先天性心脏病。

• Manuscripts should address not only the extent and epidemiology of cardiovascular disease but also interventions to control and prevent it and its antecedent factors, with emphasis on approaches applicable in settings with limited resources.稿件除应阐明心血管疾病的规模与流行病学外，还须论述控制与预防该病及其上游因素的干预措施，并重在能在资源有限环境中推广的方法。
• Community-based activities are preferred over hospital or clinic reports unless the latter carry broad implications for cost-effective disease control, and economic evaluations of successful interventions are particularly welcome.在同等条件下，本刊优先发表基于社区的活动而非医院或诊所报告，除非后者对具成本效益的疾病控制有广泛启示；成功干预措施的经济学评价尤其受欢迎。

History

• The journal was founded in 2005 as Prevention and Control, renamed CVD Prevention and Control in 2008, and relaunched as Global Heart in September 2011, with the first issue under the new title carrying a December 2011 cover date.本刊于 2005 年创刊时名为（Prevention and Control），2008 年更名为（CVD Prevention and Control），2011 年 9 月改版为（Global Heart），新名下的第 1 期标注 2011 年 12 月出版日期。
• Elsevier published the journal on behalf of the federation until 2019 in four issues a year, and the title has been published by Ubiquity Press since 2020 as a fully open-access, continuously published journal with back issues freed.（Elsevier）曾代表该联盟出版本刊直至 2019 年，当时每年出版四期；2020 年起改由（Ubiquity Press）出版，转为完全开放获取并连续在线出版，过刊亦全部免费开放。
