Scope

History

• The first volume appeared in 2005 under the imprint of Tech Science Press, a house that had been operating since 1997 and had already made open access publishing its normal way of working.第一卷于 2005 年以 Tech Science Press 的名义出版，这家出版机构自 1997 年起经营，并已把开放获取出版作为常规做法。
