History

• The journal was established in 1990 and published its first volume that year under Pergamon Press该刊于 1990 年创刊，当年出版第 1 卷，由（Pergamon Press）出版。^[1]
• Its founding editor was Jay Liebowitz of the Department of Management Science at George Washington University, who wrote the first editorial on the maturing process of expert systems其创刊编辑为（George Washington University）管理科学系的（Jay Liebowitz），他撰写了论述专家系统成熟过程的首篇社论。
