Epilepsy & Behavior (Epilepsy Behav.) is a journal of the behavioural aspects of epilepsy published by Elsevier. Founded in 2000, it is the only international journal devoted specifically to the behavioural aspects of seizures and epilepsy, appears monthly, and had a 2025 impact factor of 2.4.《癫痫与行为》（Epilepsy & Behavior''''，缩写 Epilepsy Behav.''）是爱思唯尔出版的癫痫行为学刊物，2000 年创刊。该刊是唯一专门面向癫痫发作与癫痫之行为学方面的国际刊物，现为月刊，二〇二五年影响因子为 2.4。

Scope

The journal's editorial stance is that a paper must concern the behavioural dimension of epilepsy: however advanced the neuroscience method, it has to bear on the behaviour, cognition, emotion or social functioning of people with epilepsy. Case reports are not published and are referred to the sister title Epilepsy & Behavior Reports. The journal is hybrid and the gold open access article processing charge is 3,310 US dollars. History

• Founding (2000): the journal was founded in 2000 under its present name, with no predecessor title and no renaming. The founding editor-in-chief was Steven C. Schachter of Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, and the stated rationale was to be the only international journal devoted specifically to the rapid dissemination of information on the behavioural aspects of seizures and epilepsy.创刊（2000年）： 2000 年创刊，创刊即用现名，无前身亦无改名；创刊主编为（Steven C. The succession is simple and clear: the founding editor led the journal for more than twenty years and the present editor has held the post since 2022 from St George's, University of London.
