Epigenetics Insights

Epigenetics Insights is a gold open access, peer-reviewed international journal covering all aspects of epigenetics, including technical and ethical issues, in every kind of organism. Launched in 2018 as the successor of Genetics & Epigenetics and published since July 2024 by Maximum Academic Press, it reports a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 4.8.《表观遗传学洞察》（Epigenetics Insights）是一本金色开放获取的同行评审国际期刊，涵盖各类生物体中表观遗传学的所有方面（含技术与伦理议题）。该刊 2018 年由《遗传学与表观遗传学》（Genetics & Epigenetics）更名而来，2024 年 7 月起改由 Maximum Academic Press 出版，2025 年期刊影响因子为 4.8。

Scope

• Its subject spans the major epigenetic processes, namely DNA methylation, gene silencing, imprinting, nuclear organization and reprogramming, histone modification, chromatin remodeling and dynamics, non-coding RNAs and dosage compensation.其学科覆盖主要表观遗传过程，即 DNA 甲基化、基因沉默、印记、核内组织与重编程、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑与动态、非编码 RNA 及剂量补偿。

History

• The journal traces its origin to Genetics & Epigenetics, founded in 2008 with an introductory editorial by Christian Bronner and first issued by Libertas Academica.该刊前身为 2008 年创刊的《遗传学与表观遗传学》（Genetics & Epigenetics），创刊导论由 Christian Bronner 撰写，初期由 Libertas Academica 出版。^[1]
• Around 2016 the journal moved to SAGE Publications, and in 2018 it was retitled Epigenetics Insights, keeping the volume numbering from volume 11 under a new e-ISSN 2516-8657.约 2016 年该刊转由 SAGE Publications 出版，2018 年更名为《表观遗传学洞察》，沿用原卷号自第 11 卷起计，并启用新电子刊号 2516-8657。
