History

• The first issue appeared on 14 January 2014 as Volume 1, Issue 1, opened by the founding editorial Time Travel written by Bruce Logan.创刊号于 2014 年 1 月 14 日以第 1 卷第 1 期面世，开篇为（Bruce Logan）撰写的创刊社论（Time Travel）。^[1]
• It began as a spin-off of ES&T under Bruce Logan as its leading editor, with Staci Simonich and William Arnold as associate editors and David Sedlak overseeing it as ES&T editor in chief.该刊最初是（ES&T）的衍生刊，由（Bruce Logan）领衔主编，（Staci Simonich）与（William Arnold）任副编辑，并由时任（ES&T）主编的（David Sedlak）统筹。
