History

• It was launched by Elsevier in February 2012 as a quarterly peer-reviewed journal on energy strategy, planning and decision making该刊由（Elsevier）于 2012 年 2 月创办，为聚焦能源战略、规划与决策的季刊同行评审期刊。
• It was accepted into SCIE, Journal Citation Reports and Current Contents in August 2016该刊于 2016 年 8 月被（SCIE）、《期刊引证报告》与（Current Contents）收录。
• Its founding editor-in-chief was Ruud Weijermars其创刊主编为（Ruud Weijermars）。
• Mark Howells of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology then led the journal as editor-in-chief for about a decade随后（Mark Howells，皇家理工学院）担任主编约十年。
