Electrochemical Energy Reviews (EER) is a quarterly review journal launched in 2018 by Shanghai University and the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science (IAOEES) and published by Springer Nature, devoted to electrochemical energy conversion and storage, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 50.7《电化学能源评论》（Electrochemical Energy Reviews，简称 EER）是（Shanghai University）与（International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science，IAOEES）于 2018 年联合创办、由（Springer Nature）出版的季刊综述期刊，专注电化学能源的转换与存储，2025 年期刊影响因子为 50.7。

Scope

• It is the first international English-language review journal dedicated to electrochemical energy and serves as the flagship review journal of the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science该刊是全球首本专门聚焦电化学能源的英文综述期刊，也是（International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science）的旗舰综述期刊。
• It publishes only the highest quality scientific review articles at the forefront of advanced materials for electrochemical energy science and technology该刊仅刊载处于电化学能源科学与技术前沿、围绕先进材料的最优质科研综述文章。
• Its subject coverage includes fuel cells, spanning their materials, components and complete systems其学科覆盖包括燃料电池，涉及其材料、部件与完整系统。^[1]

• Reviews should be 11000 to 15000 words with at least 120 references, while Perspectives should be 2000 to 3000 words with 2 to 4 figures or tables and 20 to 40 references综述篇幅应为 11000 至 15000 词、参考文献不少于 120 篇，观点文章为 2000 至 3000 词、含 2 至 4 张图表与 20 至 40 篇参考文献。

History

• It was launched in 2018 by Shanghai University, the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science and the Springer Nature Group该刊由（Shanghai University）、（IAOEES）与（Springer Nature Group）于 2018 年共同创办。
• Its first issue appeared in March 2018, and it has been published quarterly in March, June, September and December since then其创刊号于 2018 年 3 月出版，此后按每年 3 月、6 月、9 月与 12 月季刊发行。
• It is administered by Shanghai University and IAOEES and is co-published with the Periodicals Agency of Shanghai University该刊由（Shanghai University）与（IAOEES）主办，并与（Periodicals Agency of Shanghai University）联合出版。
• It is the flagship review journal of the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science该刊是（International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science）的旗舰综述期刊。
