Scope

History

• The journal was founded in 1993 as Biodiversity Letters, a Wiley title on conservation biogeography该刊 1993 年以（Biodiversity Letters）之名创办，是 Wiley 旗下聚焦保护生物地理学的刊物。
• It was relaunched under the present name, Diversity and Distributions, in 19981998 年该刊以现名（Diversity and Distributions）重新推出。
• In 2019 it transitioned to a fully open-access model with no submission fee2019 年该刊转为完全开放获取模式，不收取投稿费。
• A reorganisation of the editorial team followed, and its 2025 impact factor is 4.2随后编委会进行了重组，2025 年影响因子为 4.2。
