The D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (Kazakh: Дәулет Серікбаев атындағы Шығыс Қазақстан техникалық университеті) is a public technical university in Oskemen, also known as Ust-Kamenogorsk, in eastern Kazakhstan.D. History

• The institute was created by Order No. 866 of the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated 5 August 1958 and by Order No. 765 of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR dated 30 August 1958.该学院依 1958 年 8 月 5 日苏联部长会议第 866 号令，以及 1958 年 8 月 30 日哈萨克苏维埃社会主义共和国部长会议第 765 号令设立。
