Communications in Transportation Research

Communications in Transportation Research is a gold open access journal co-sponsored by Tsinghua University and the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association, launched in August 2021 and published by Tsinghua University Press, with a first Journal Impact Factor of 12.5（Communications in Transportation Research）（《交通研究通讯》）是由清华大学与中国智能交通协会共同主办、清华大学出版社出版的金色开放获取期刊，2021 年 8 月创刊，首个影响因子为 12.5。

Scope

• It publishes peer-reviewed high-quality research representing important advances of significance to emerging transport systems该刊发表对新兴交通系统具有重要意义的高质量同行评审研究。
• Its mission is to provide fair, fast and expert peer review to authors and insightful theories, impactful advances and interesting discoveries to readers其使命是为作者提供公平、快速、专业的同行评审，为读者提供有洞见的理论、有影响力的进展与有趣的发现。
• It welcomes interdisciplinary submissions spanning transport, civil, control and artificial intelligence该刊欢迎交通、土木、控制与人工智能等跨学科投稿。
• It also considers submissions integrating social science, psychological science and medical services with transport questions其亦考虑将社会科学、心理科学与医疗服务与交通问题相结合的投稿。
• It welcomes studies of complex inter-related systems of systems with strong evidence of data strength该刊欢迎具有强数据支撑的复杂互联系统之系统研究。
• It also accepts visionary analysis and forecasts towards the way forward其亦收录面向未来方向的前瞻性分析与预测。

History

• It was launched on 23 August 2021, published by Tsinghua University Press with Elsevier handling overseas distribution该刊于 2021 年 8 月 23 日创刊，由清华大学出版社出版、爱思唯尔负责海外发行。
• It was indexed by Scopus within ten months of launch, in July 2022创刊十个月后，该刊于 2022 年 7 月被（Scopus）收录。
• It entered ESCI in July 2023 and was accepted into both SCIE and SSCI in December 2024该刊于 2023 年 7 月进入（ESCI），2024 年 12 月被（SCIE）与（SSCI）同时收录。
• It received its first Journal Impact Factor of 12.5 in the June 2024 edition of JCR该刊在 2024 年 6 月发布的《期刊引证报告》中获得首个影响因子 12.5。
• It was selected into the China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan as a high-starting-point new journal in 2022该刊于 2022 年入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊项目。
• At the beginning of 2026 it fully transitioned to SciOpen, the publishing platform independently developed by Tsinghua University Press, ending the overseas distribution arrangement with Elsevier2026 年初，该刊全面回归清华大学出版社自主研发的（SciOpen）平台独立运营，结束与爱思唯尔的海外发行合作。

Editors

• Its editor-in-chief is Xiaobo Qu, a member of the Academia Europaea and professor at Tsinghua University其主编为曲小波，欧洲科学院院士、清华大学教授。
• Its founding co-editors-in-chief were Xiaobo Qu of Tsinghua University and Shuai-An Wang of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University其创刊共同主编为清华大学曲小波与香港理工大学王帅安。
• Its co-editor-in-chief is Xiaopeng Li of the University of Wisconsin-Madison其共同主编为（Xiaopeng Li），任职于威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校。
• Its editorial board brings together transportation scholars from China and abroad其编委会汇聚国内外交通领域学者。
• Submissions are handled through the journal page on SciOpen投稿经（SciOpen）期刊主页处理。
