CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems is an open access journal on electrical machines, published by the China Electrotechnical Society with a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.《CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems》是一份聚焦电机的开放获取期刊，由中国电工技术学会与中国科学院的一个研究所共同出版。

It was launched in March 2017 and issues four numbers a year, with its articles carried on a large engineering platform.该刊于 2017 年 3 月创办，每年出四期，其论文载于一家大型工程平台之上。
