History

• In 1941 the Queensland Labor Premier William Forgan Smith introduced section 17 of the National Education Co-ordination and University of Queensland Amendment Act, which provided for the creation of university colleges outside Brisbane.1941 年，昆士兰工党州长威廉·福根·史密斯引入《国家教育协调与昆士兰大学修正法》第 17 条，为在布里斯班以外设立大学学院提供了依据。
