Cell Insight is an international, peer-reviewed, fully open access journal of biomedical sciences, published by Elsevier in partnership with Wuhan University since 2022, with a first 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 6.4.《细胞洞察》（Cell Insight）是生物医学领域的国际同行评审完全开放获取期刊，2022 年创刊，由（Elsevier）与武汉大学合作出版，2025 年获得首个期刊影响因子 6.4。

Scope

• The journal publishes cutting-edge research articles, letters and reviews on biomedical sciences, and its primary criterion is whether the studies provide advances into answering important questions relevant to biological and biomedical sciences.本刊发表生物医学领域的前沿研究论文、通信与综述，取舍的首要标准是研究能否在回答生物与生物医学重要问题上取得进展。
• Stated research areas include cell biology, immunology, microbiology, cancer biology, neuroscience, genetics and metabolism.所列研究领域包括细胞生物学、免疫学、微生物学、癌症生物学、神经科学、遗传学与代谢。
• Disease mechanisms, new technology related to biomedical research and translational research complete the list of areas.疾病机制、生物医学研究相关新技术与转化研究构成所列方向的其余部分。
• The journal aims to present cutting-edge research on the molecular and cellular mechanisms essential to biological processes and diseases as well as translational research.本刊旨在发表关于生物过程与疾病所必需的分子与细胞机制的前沿研究以及转化医学研究。

History

• The journal was founded in 2022 under the auspices of Wuhan University with Elsevier as publishing partner, and the first issue of Volume 1 appeared in early 2022 with papers such as a review of the cGAS-MITA/STING axis in health and disease.本刊 2022 年由武汉大学主办、（Elsevier）合作出版创办，第 1 卷第 1 期于 2022 年初出版，刊有关于（cGAS-MITA/STING）通路在健康与疾病中作用的综述等论文。^[1]
• The founding Editor-in-Chief is Hong-Bing Shu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and director of the Medical Research Institute of Wuhan University, with Ke Lan, director of the State Key Laboratory of Virology, as Executive Editor.创刊主编为中国科学院院士、武汉大学医学研究院院长舒红兵，执行主编为病毒学国家重点实验室主任蓝柯。
• It is an open access journal that waived article publishing charges for its first three years, and the current article publishing charge is 2,150 US dollars excluding taxes.本刊为开放获取期刊，创刊前三年免收文章出版费，现行文章出版费为 2150 美元（不含税）。

• The Editor-in-Chief is Hong-Bing Shu, professor and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences at the Medical Research Institute of Wuhan University, whose research covers cytokines, innate immunity, inflammation, cancer immunology and viruses.主编为舒红兵，中国科学院院士、武汉大学医学研究院教授，研究方向涵盖细胞因子、先天免疫、炎症、癌症免疫学与病毒。
