History

• Volume 1, numbers 1 and 2 appeared together in February 1987 under Elsevier Science Publishers in Amsterdam and New York.第 1 卷第 1 与第 2 期于 1987 年 2 月在阿姆斯特丹与纽约由（Elsevier Science Publishers）合并出版。
