Cardiology Journal is an English-language peer-reviewed journal of clinical cardiology issued from Gdańsk by Via Medica, the medical house also recorded in publisher metadata as VM Media Group. Two features shape its character. One is a working-clinician readership, addressed through papers on procedures, imaging and drug regimens rather than through laboratory cardiology. Scope

• The stated remit is a broad spectrum of cardiology, and the aims name three readerships in order: practising cardiologists, researchers and young trainees. History

• The title began in 1994 as Folia Cardiologica, a Gdańsk journal from Via Medica, and the volume count of the present journal still runs back to that year.刊物 1994 年以《Folia Cardiologica》起家，是 Via Medica 在格但斯克办的一份杂志，现行卷号至今仍从那年算起。
